Our training program covers every phase of the business from marketing and sales, to managing the daily operations, to financial management and more. Our training isn’t just classroom based. You will have the opportunity to work on every phase of the business in the field with a local franchisee. We go over everything that’s important to your business.
While our proven successful systems allow people from outside the industry to succeed in our business there are certain skills we’ve learned you must possess to succeed in this business. Being business minded is important. While this business isn’t difficult it does require that you work hard and put in the time, effort and energy needed to succeed.
Have a passion for people. At the end of the day we’re in the people business, whether that’s ensuring the customer has a world class experience or making sure the people doing the work are taken care of we can’t do this without people.
We are listed on the Small Business Administration (SBA) franchise registry. The SBA Franchise Registry is a prestigious national online listing of approved franchise systems whose franchisees and existing franchisees receive accelerated loan processing through your lender and the U.S. This is a tool that lenders use for expediting your loan requests. Banks that provide SBA financing use this service as a form of a reference check, and this saves you tremendous amounts of time in waiting for financing decisions.
No previous experience is required but experience in marketing, customer service and small business management is always helpful. We do, however, look for owners whose values align with ours. That’s a passion for serving customers and providing a world class level of service and quality.
